Charles Lloyd
I began making furniture over 15 years ago, when I started to learn traditional woodworking techniques and developed a deep appreciation for the skill, patience and attention to detail required to create furniture built to last.
I've had the privilege of handcrafting and delivering more than 1,000 tables to homes across the UK. It's something I'm incredibly proud of, and every single piece represents the trust that customers have placed in me to create furniture that becomes part of their home and family life. I still complete every stage of every order myself. Choosing the timber, cutting, sanding, staining or painting, and finishing, so when you order you deal with the person actually making your table, me.

Timber
Every piece is built from carefully selected oak, Scandinavian pine or reclaimed timber. Natural grain, knots and markings mean no two tables are ever quite the same.
Finish
We use carefully selected finishes to bring out the natural character of each piece while providing the durability needed for everyday life. Every table is finished by hand and protected with multiple coats of oils or varnish to your choice, creating a beautiful, long-lasting surface that can handle everything from busy family meals to everyday use.
Quality
Every table is carefully handmade by me, with a strong focus on the quality and strength of the workmanship. I take the time to ensure each piece is properly constructed, carefully finished and built to withstand years of everyday use. The result is solid, durable furniture made to last for many years, rather than something designed to be replaced.
